NON-INSTRUCTIONAL EVALUATIONS
MSCS believes it is vitally important for all employees to have a clear understanding of job performance expectations coupled with ongoing meaningful, actionable feedback and support to promote employee engagement and success.
Implementation of the non-instructional evaluation provides non-instructional employees regular, structured opportunities to receive feedback on job performance. Utilizing the performance evaluation process, supervisors provide feedback on a core set of established goals and competencies.
The primary objectives of the performance evaluation system are:
- To develop a fair, consistent and objective-driven performance-driven process
- To ensure job responsibilities encompass department/school goals
- To identify areas of opportunity and areas of strength to better support the employee and build capacity
- To improve job performance and job satisfaction
